Description
The Ekinex® EK-TM1-TP digital time and astronomical switch is a KNX device designed for the automated, timed and astronomical management of electrical loads.
It allows daily, weekly, monthly or yearly time programming, as well as astronomical programming based on geographical sunrise and sunset calculations. The device can control 9 distinct channels over the KNX bus. The programming of Channel 1 is also replicated onto the on-board 16(10) A monostable switching relay.
A distinct programming mode (time or astronomical) can be assigned to each channel. By connecting the optional EK-GPS-1 satellite module (ordered separately), exact time and geographical positioning are automatically acquired via GPS satellites.
The internal lithium backup battery preserves clock time and all programmed parameters for 5 years during power blackouts (easily replaceable via front sealable cover). With its backlit LCD display and password-protected keypad, it provides seamless local management directly on the electrical board.
